Once signed in,
- If you aren’t on the Projects page already, visit it by selecting the Cadence logo (top left)
- Select Create project
- Enter a Project name. Allowed characters are listed next to the input field. A Project url is automatically generated based on the Project name
- Optional, edit the Project url. Only letters, numbers and hyphens are allowed
- Select Create project to confirm
- Your project will be listed under My projects
The common next step is to open the project by selecting the card.
About the Project URL
The Project url appears in the address bar when editing or viewing a project. It is only one part of the project’s address, other parts are:
- Cadence
- City Science, the company behind Cadence
- The project owner (this can be obscured)
- The Project url
- Either “latest” or the unique path for the published version (auto generated characters)
- The map and viewpoint currently in view
